[TRNSYS-users] Problem with TYPE1270

Biljana,

   I'm glad you mentioned about Trnsys17 and 18; Trnsys17 is a 32-bit
program while Trnsys18 is a 64-bit program. The Type1270 dlls that work
for one version will not work for the other. You can contact the
distributor from whom you purchased Type1270 and they will be able to
get you both a 32-bit and a 64-bit of the component.

If after making sure that the versions are correct, you are still
having trouble please send the project that you are trying to run to
your distributor and they can help debug it. If you aren't sure who to
contact, please send me a direct message and I can put you in touch with
the appropriate person.

kind regards,

  David
