About TRNSYS-users	English (USA)
TRNSYS (pronounced "TRAN-sys") is a transient thermal energy system simulation program first developed at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. It is used by researchers and engineers throughout the world. This email list helps the TRNSYS users learn from each other and share relevant information. To get additional information about TRNSYS, visit the official TRNSYS web page This list has been established to facilitate discussion about TRNSYS among the many TRNSYS users around the world. Hopefully, the exchange of information and user written components will improve the usefulness of TRNSYS to its users. Topics of interest include advanced technical problems with TRNSYS or associated programs (such as TRNBuild, Simulation Studio, Type Studio, and component libraries), the availability of user written components, and the research capabilities of TRNSYS. Topics discussed on this list should be limited to items dealing directly with TRNSYS or energy systems simulation. All technical questions should be first addressed to your local TRNSYS distributor. Using TRNSYS-users
To post a message to all the list members, send email to trnsys-users@lists.onebuilding.org. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to TRNSYS-users
Subscribe to TRNSYS-users by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
