Pu,
Type56 (for which TRNBuild is the interface) is a thermal model of the
building. Usually the way interzonal air flow is computed is to couple
the Type56 thermal model with either COMIS (through TRNFlow) or CONTAM
(through Type97 or Type98). Both COMIS and CONTAM are "bulk air flow
models." Type56 passes the zone temperatures to the bulk air flow model,
which computes zonal pressures, air density, etc. and the resulting
interzonal air flow rates and then passes those back to Type56.
kind regards,
David
