[TRNSYS-users] value of times steps

Hello everyone,
I hope you are doing well and safe from Covid-19.
I am seeking a way to call a parameter's value at the desire time step of
running. For example, I wanna connect weather to an equation component and
write an if statement something like this:
if T_sky(t-1), which shows the temperature of the sky at the previous hour
(based on run time step). Or even t+1 for the next time step.
