Yassine,
When you launch SketchUp, are you asked to select your template? If
you are, you should find it at:
C:\ProgramData\SketchUp\SketchUp 8\SketchUp\Plugins\Trnsys3d\templates
or thereabouts...it may be slightly different depending on which version
of Windows you are using. The file you are looking for is:
NewFileTemplate_Trnsys17.idf
