Yassine,

When you launch SketchUp, are you asked to select your template?
If you are, you should find it at:

C:\ProgramData\SketchUp\SketchUp
8\SketchUp\Plugins\Trnsys3d\templates

or thereabouts...it may be slightly different depending on which
version of Windows you are using. The file you are looking for is:

The SketchUp/Trnsys3d error that you describe is often the
result of having the incorrect Trnsys3d template selected. To
correctly diagnose the problem, however, I need to know which
version of Trnsys you are using and which version of SketchUp
you are using.

a new user of TRNSYS, i had a problem which maybe seems
very simple for you, i would like to simulate the thermal
behavior of a Veranda using a heated glass. First, i
modelled the Veranda using TRNSYS3D plugin in Sketchup, i
followed exactly the descritpion in the tutorial (creating
a trnsys 3d Zone, keep the zone activated and draw
surfaces, save the file as *.idf), when i open the
idf.file in Simulation TRNSYS studio, i got and error no
airnode is defined, when i open the same idf file in
TRNbuild, i don’t find the zone i ve created in Sketchup.
