[TRNSYS-users] Request for information regarding the utilization of Type 534 with plugins for high temp and high pressure applications. Information regarding medium to high temp collectors.

Muhammad,

  Type534 makes the fundamental assumption that the liquid properties 
(density, specific heat, viscosity, and thermal conductivity) are 
constant in the temperature/pressure range over which the tank is 
operated. I'd suggest you find the values of those properties at 4MPa 
and 250C and again at 8MPa and 300C. If the properties change only a 
little then you can use Type534.

  The same assumption is true for the collector model. If the fluid 
properties cannot be assumed to be constant then you might want to look 
at some of the components in the High Temperature Solar library instead.
