  The "C:\Program" that is referenced in the message is important. I 
think it means that you have GenOpt installed in the c:\Program Files\ 
directory. I would recommend that you reinstall GenOpt in a different 
directory. I would recommend installing it in C:\GenOpt\. Please note 
that you will have to adjust the settings in TRNOpt according to the new 
directory in which you install GenOpt.
