[TRNSYS-users] how to control HVAC ?

Hello

I'm simulating a solar assisted coolig system for a building. The building cooling load is transient. so how the HVAC system should be controlled to cover the building load? I guess that the supply air temperature and humidity ratio should be constant ( a value in the comfort region ) and the air flow rate should be controlled using a variable speed fan to cover the cooling load. Is it right? any better idea?

Also I don't know how the control system should be? should I use a thermostat?

If any one can send me an example it will be very useful for me to learn
