[TRNSYS-users] how to control HVAC ?

Ahmad, 

There are literally hundreds of ways to control the temperature and
humidity in a space. I would suggest you do some reading to figure out a
common HVAC system given your climate and type of building - then you
can begin to replicate that system in TRNSYS.
