[TRNSYS-users] Fatal error with sub-hourly timesteps - simulation timestep and the radiation calculation

Hello TRNSYS users,

I am testing a sub-hourly (10-min data) .epw weather file created with the
EnergyPlus weather converter utility using measured data, read into a
simple PV model in TRNSYS by Type 15. It seems to work fine until about
halfway through the simulation when it crashes with a fatal error:

"The simulation timestep is greater than the data timestep for the
radiation calculation. The simulation timestep needs to be reduced."

Reviewing the .epw file there is nothing unusual at this or nearby
timesteps, except that it is a period of 24-hour sunlight. But, the
simulation does not fail when this phenomena is first encountered.

I note a similar problem on the message board:

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
