Dear all,

So sorry to fill your mailboxes of my questions, here's one about Meteonorm tm2 files.

Indeed, in their textbook, we learn that the data are legal hours.
But when I print some values ​​of radiation and their relative hours for a French weather station, I do not see any change in hours between winter and summer.
Is the time change taken into account? Or is it legal time only for winter?
