Fernando,
   You can break your solar array up into as many pieces as you want and 
couple them together either in parallel or series. You can assign a 
different Type68 (or preferably Type67 - which is an update/improvement 
to Type68 available in both Trnsys16 and Trnsys17) to each piece of the 
array.
