Arnaud,
 There are a number of parameters in Type55 that allow you to use it to 
watch (and integrate, etc.) what is happening only during certain 
periods of the day. For example, you could set its parameters so that 
you are looking at the min and max that occur between 10am and 2pm each 
month in your building. Make sure that you have those parameters all set 
so that they look at the building over the entire month, not just for 
some portions of the month.
