[TRNSYS-users] Error: Active layer

Ratanlee,
 I have had this happen as well. You will have to open the *.bui file 
with a text editor (notepad or wordpad) and modify the thickness of the 
layer above the pipes manually, save the change, then try and open the 
file again with TRNBuild.
