[TRNSYS-users] link a new component

In TRNSYS 15, you have add your component to the CVF workspace that you 
find in the ..\Trnsys15\Workspace\ directory, then recompile the 
trnlib.dll. There was a bug in CVF 6.5 that was resolved in CVF 6.6b so 
you will need the 6.6b version of the compiler.
