Oh, I've seen it happen. And I can also testify to that meds, even 
modern SSRI ones, shut off parts that you might want to have. 
Difficult to put the finger on exactly what it is, but I'd say 
something on the lines of spontaneous creativity (like improvising 
roleplaying dialogue). But it's probably different for different 
people and different meds.
