Make the hotel a motel. It travels around the country.
It consists of an office, four to six bungalows, and a
couple of stunted pine trees. The positions change
every "stop" but the office is always in front and it
always faces the road off a dirt track. There's enough
parking in the front.

The PCs are employed by the HOTEL CALIFORNIA to do a
variety of tasks around the hotel. They all share one
larger barracks-bungalow-toolshed.

The motel travels around the out-of-the-countryside at
3:33 in the morning, always when nobody's looking.

The victims come to it, lured by the flashing OPEN 24
HOURS - VACANCIES - HOURLY RATES - FREE ICE signs.

The victims come to the motel. The motel is hungry.
Hungry for wiped minds and raw meat.

The PCs obey and worship the motel, their shrine and
god, the Spider of the Highways.
