[UA] More Campaign Help

Jonathan,

     I'd consider having the agency being a front for an Agent of  
Renunciation.  What better to wipe your mind, change your personality  
and set you loose?  Also, you don't have to pin down what room he/she  
is working for until it becomes important, allowing you to have some  
idea what they're up to, but still being able to mix things up  
without losing previous work/setup.
