If you cheat, you dont get the charge. Same as a dipsomancer that doesnt
drink enough to become impared, or a entropomancer that knows that the gun
isnt loaded.  You can't cheat magic, it just doesnt work like that.
Of course someone who writes down all the details of their life in an
atempt to cheat may well end up channeling The Chronicler.
