Listen, Cassady. People are scum. If they could cut
the throats of orphaned children to ensure tax cuts,
they would.

People working at a company will continue to try this
because they 1) get promotions if they make money for
the business at whatever laws the cost-cut; 2) if the
company is sued, the guy that is costcutting still
just slips away without culpability - it is the
company that's sued, not the Arsehole in Charge.

If the Arsehole was to be sued, they wouldn't
flagrantly abuse their situation as badly.

The best way to do is to keep an affidavit-petition
signed by those people being wallet-slashed and get it
notarised (the company doesn't have to even know this
affidavit exists). They can't act on what they don't
know. Then when you have hundreds of signatures, go
and demand to see the boss with a lawyer and a guy
with a handcam. 

Be very pleasant and speak through your lawyer and
make sure the camera guy gets everyone's face. Then
ask the boss for his comment before taking it to your
Union.
