Just stupid, I'm afraid.  I work for the government,
and our new Governor Fuckweasel is trying to ban
open-toed shoes.  One of his cabinet secretaries
(Secretary Turdfondler) has fired people for having
tattoos (they were hired with them), and thinks people
who pick up the trash at the parks should wear a coat
and tie.
