And there's nothing that says a magician from another
country can use this significant baseball either - it
can be exploited and used even if it's inherent magic
is alien to the possessor.

I think that the baseball could be used as a scrying
device/future determinator for anyone using it. It
might only show the USA's future but anyone will see
the value in that.

UA is currently Americanocentric (is that legit?) and
as the fellow said, make up your own country's mystic
mythology - I've done this for the US, UK, and France.
There really is no problem.

I use the Fictional US in my game, mainly because
everyone here watches US television programs and can
relate easier.
