[UA] starting a new campaign

I'm running a similar idea through my players, one of the characters'
obsessions was "Partying/Having a Good Time" before she lost her memory.
During this missing time, I tweaked her obsession so that she became a
Booze Hound (she's only just finding out about this now) When she took
control of the character, her Obsession had reset and now she's moving
more towards Amoromancy (which is what she wanted in the first place). I
figure this way, I can show that people don't always get what they want,
while at the same time giving her what she wants. Plus, I have a whole
history that is making trouble for her;)

I guess my point is that (IMAUC at least) Obsessions can change over
time. You don't have to take away your players' control, if they decide
to go a way you hadn't planned on, work with it, in the shadowy places
that lost memory provides, a lot can happen.
