Heh. I'm working on a set of rules for an NDAed game right now which will
feature "mook rules" -- provisions for the PCs laying waste to dozens of
unworthy opponents. These mooks have better teeth than their counterparts
in Feng Shui, but they're still pretty easy to take out.

What's interesting is that, fooling around with the rules, I've realized
that a brilliant strategy is to get a huge horde of followers and then just
have them defend you while you personally slaughter all the nameless
enemies. It's kind of odd, yes, but the rules tend to encourage it. (Or,
at least that's the most efficient way to do it.) I'm torn between
thinking this is stupid, or thinking that it sort of supports the stories
we get about Alexander the Great leading his army from the front and doing
all kinds of crazy cinematic stuff.

Living with a toddler? Well, I guess it's not that much different from any
other room mate who thinks that squatting naked on the kitchen floor eating
pretzel sticks is a good way to start the morning.

Oh wait. It is different.
