[UA] defining skills probs

I will have to admit to liking a couple of the 'catch all' skills in D20 
Modern (mind you I never and played anything d20 until modern came out).  
Disable device is one that stuck out to me.  Also the description of 
Profession as a skill got me as well, basically its knowing how to make 
money at your job.  Sense motive is another I would like to see my UA 
players using as well.

Aw well enough of my ramblings.
