"There's a spot in the Galleria section of Houston where two Starbucks sit
directly across the street from one another. According to Lewis Black, this
is the end of the Universe, and if you stand directly between them, time
stops for you. He's mostly right, but what he leaves out is this: you have
to get an unused cup from one store and take it across the street to be
filled with black coffee from the other store. *Then* if you stand directly
between the two stores, as long as you're holding that cup of coffee, until
it cools down, you've got all the time you need to do whatever you need to
do ... as long as you can do it with one hand..."

   "We crisscross the world, making
it right, making it strange, and
the people never see our coming
   or our going..."
               - Doc Brass, Planetary
