[UA] Made men

As an American who wants to get another chance to play the most American 
game out there I have to ask "why mafia?"

Maybe I've just got a mental disconnect because I see absolutely nothing of 
the Mafia in my life ever, but I've seen all sorts of other criminal stuff.

Where are the UA Crips and Bloods?  The Tong?  How about Hell's Angels?  The 
name alone could be fun for any UA GM to play with and these guys have done 
things that make my mental images of mafia seem pale.  I think it was in 
Laughland, Nevada a couple of weeks ago that some crazy shit went down.  
Some members of a rival motorcycle club (we don't call them gangs) tried to 
stab a Hell's Angel in Harrah's casino and the HAs opened up with uzis and 
sent out the call for all their chapters to come to Laughland.  For two days 
Nevada State Troopers guarded the roads to keep anyone from entering or 
leaving town.

The kicker is that Hell's Angels are criminals by and large and joining 
provides contacts with other criminals, but Hell's Angels bylaws prevent the 
organization from engaging in any criminal activity.  Whenever that rule is 
broken a member or a few members will take it on themselves to dispense 
vigilante justice on the offending chapter without acting as a part of 
Hell's Angels.  Thanks to strictly towing the line on this internal code the 
Hell's Angels are not hit by RICO despite many attempts by the government to 
shut down the group as a whole.
