True, but you'd need a Soul stat of at least 78 for that as well, don't you?

True, but isn't that one of the things UA is all about? That magic is hardly 
worth all the trouble if you give it a hard look?

Or is my recollection of UA's rules & themes *way* off? Do I need to take my 
rulebooks to work? 8)
