To me, the most obvious flaw is that the two guns are hideously jealous of
each other, as the twins were secretly.  Woebetide the man who goes 'both
guns blazing' with these peashooters. More than likely, he'll be doing a one
man re-enactment of the end of Reservoir Dogs.  If two people are wielding
the guns, any sour cherries sends the round in the direction of the other
gun--usually ricocheting off some conveniently positioned lamp.

I'd also tone them down quite a bit.  There's power, and then there's power.
In the hands of the Godwalker of the Executioner, maybe all these powers
come to pass.  In the hands of a neophyte, maybe +5%.
