[UA] Starting a UA campaign

First, hello to all

Second, a bit of warning: I use UA as a "generic" system for 
everyday horror and weirdness scenario, and I don't follow the 
canonical background. While I like it, I also like to stage this kind 
of scenarios in locations I know: in this case, my hometown and 
Northern Italy. 

Having said that, I usually take normal situation and twist just a 
little, but enough to make mundane things look weird and fairly 
scaring.
