I made a character who I never had the opportunity to play. He had an even
stat spread (between 50 and 60 everywhere) and his three important skills
were
Reckless Driving (speed) Grand Theft Auto (mind) and Kleptomancy (soul).

The theory was that he almost never gained minor kleptomancy charges. But
he stole cars constantly. The cute part is that technically, you didn't
have to keep the car. He couldn't give it back, but he could go for a
joyride, ditch it, and walk away.

Another cute part is that if I decided to go for the big score, it would be
a lot easier to find a million dollar car that isn't in a maximum security
guarded by the fbi safehouse. Most of them are in private garages, very few
of which have the sort of security one would find at fort knox, the average
high-end museum, or a treasury safehouse...

As a second and completely unrelated sidenote, is it just me or is it waaay
harder to get charges in some schools than others? Specifically,
cryptomancy is hard to get charges and just as hard or harder to keep them,
and annhilomancy is really hard to get them for as well. Meanwhile there
are schools that are way easier to get charges (plutomancy being the
easiest--Plutomancer drug dealer anyone, don't like that, prostitute, don't
like that? contractor? Not to mention, the plutomancer who's independantly
wealthy, abusive, but permissible within the scope of the rules.

Item the third: Another cute idea I had for a character I never got to
play, Entropomancer who took a gun and ski mask, hopped a cross-town bus and
played chicken during rush hour in the past (major charge) who got away
clean, won the lottery, took the lump sum payment, opened an investment
portfolio, and now has the mind skill Independantly Wealthy 30%. I figured
that nicely summed up that he could make whatever minor purchases he wanted
to (in his case minor meant a new change of clothes, his rent, etc. but he
may not be able to buy a new car until next quarter...
