Well, I was imagining that there 331 seats occupied in the IC.  Then two
people come along and capture the public's imagination as perfectly
fulfilling the Dark Urban Avenger and the Boy Sidekick In Microshorts, and
they simultaneously Ascend, creating their respective Archetypes.  So the
IC has 333 seats, and is filled.

Alternately, in a "The Comte Delays Ascending" kind of game, someone just
sneaks in while the Comte's distracted.
