[UA] Cloudbusting and an archetype

Hey, maybe instead of an archetype it's something like
a cabal. They are mechanomancers and flying women and
really disturbing old men who are trying to shape
children into a future. They know they don't have any
chance of ascending themselves, but they spot kids who
are likely to change the world and then change the
kids so that the world becomes more like they want,
like manipulating the "stratosphere" from its
foundations -too far back to get much of the heat.
