[UA] Cloudbusting and an archetype

Wonka is planning ahead for his loss (death?) which is the whole reason for the tickets and everything.

Certain jobs are allowable, especially kid friendly ones. Coaches work, but teachers have at best a hard time. The Candyman works, as do toymakers/sellers, artists or other things. Perhaps limit the taboo such that he can't act like an adult when around children, allowing for uncles with white collar jobs, but who are amazingly friendly with children.

Nice. Very nice. I've had a vision in my head for a character (not necessarily for UA) called the Toymaker, who is unclear whether he's good or bad. This makes him work well as a character.
