Lacking a limiting clause (like you'll buy the first copy you receive) you
are required to buy from all of them.

If there was he wouldn't be allowed to answer you.  Maybe in the US it is
different, but in the Commonwealth juristictions giving free legal advice is
generally an offence against the principles of the Bar..  I know on the
Amberlist our resident lawyers avoid these questions.

Yes.  Its an offer to the public.

This is a civil offence in my juristiction, not a criminal one.  You
wouldn't be jailed unless you refused to pay a civil fine and thus made
yourself in contempt.
