[UA] reversed flipflop probabilities

  Dear Nick, here are the probabilities for when an
adversary can "reverse flipflop" your rolls.  I have
skipped all the skill levels where the probability
doesn't change (e.g. I do not include the 2-9%
range since they are the same probability as 1%
skill).  I just hope I formated it right.  There
should be 3 |s seperating the columns.
