Fairly standard period for CoC, so there's bound to be lots of source 
material if you decide to UA it.

Perhaps if you were to take a CoC module, take out all of the MYthos bits 
and replace them with human-focused cabals, then toss in some sly references 
to the fiction and pulp magazines of the time, you'd be partway towards 
creating a 20s UA campaign.

As do I, oddly enough. It was all jolly good fun at a 20s themed CoC 
game/dinner party. Bosie did the cooking then got sloshed in the kitchen, 
Noel sang us a little number, and then the Golden Dawn showed up to nick all 
of our magical items, the rotters.
