Hm... just the other day I went out and dropped some change on a lovely big
World Atlas.  It's the 2001 Hammond World Atlas, to be specific.  No Hutt
River Province is shown in southwestern Australia, and the only entry for
"Hutt River" is in New Zealand.  It's not a province, though, it's an
actual river, with the towns of Upper and Lower Hutt near Wellington.
