Hutt River exists, Greg - but it is not recognised by the United Nations.
There are a couple of little places like this in Australia. Hutt River is
the largest - it's a farm. One is just a suburban block, and Rainbow Creek,
which was founded to lobby for compensation for erosion caused by Rainbow
Creek, has washed downstream and is thus no longer extant in any practical
sense.

Australia gives a sort of humorous recognition to Hutt River, but we don't
have a customs border, and HRP money is not legal tender in Australia. HRP
people do not have diplomatic immunity in Australia, but live tax free
(although HRP -does- charge an income tax).
