[UA] Magick Schools: Lingomancy

[Royal Minister of Stuff]

I kind of like this one. Anything that encourages
someone to roleplay (i.e. have a random conversation)
ain't bad designing, to my way of thinking.

Some part of me wants to make it harder to get
charges, though.
