[UA] Magick Schools: Lingomancy

Sorry for teaseing the list, I just meant if anyone wanted me to put them
to just say so..Which you did! so here ya go..Mind you they are not very
good, These are my first Schools.

Lingomancy
(speech, Social Interaction)

Random Magick: Word of Mouth, Peple will usually let slip what they
probably shouldn't have, or what your saying will make some sort of sense.

Gen Min Charge: Carry on a Discussion, or Conversation lasting at least 1
minute.

Gen Sig Charge: Carry on a Conversaion lasting up to 60 minutes. Wherein
you were speaking at least half the time.

Gen Major: No one is quite sure how but some say participting in a Major
dicussion in which many people will see, hear , or become awar of it.
Example: Clinton's "I did not have sexual relations" would work, definatly
Martin Luther King Jr. I have a dream speach would have. Also Nixon's
Watergate speach as well.

Taboo: Not finish a discussion, or not reach an understanding, No matter
how long the discussion. If one starts a talk then has to stop for longer
then 1 minute, they break taboo.

Minor Spells
Minor Blast:: Jinx! Jinx!
2 minor charges
Thisis the monor blast, the target of this blast hears voices, either
Jinxinb him or just plain bothering them enough that they cannot
concentrate on anything around the,, this causes a -10% shift on all checks
for rounds = the ones place on the die roll..

(Amanda casts Jinx Jinx on some dumb enforcer who somehow proved her theory
wrong, rolling a 24 on her 35% lingomancy skill, the enforcer cluctches his
head as screaming voices start nagging at him, this will occure for 4
rounds.)

Gibberish

For the new few mintues(sum of roll) the target's words will be perceived
as gibberish, pure uncomprehensible bable, he will think he is speaking
normally but anyone hearing him hears garbage. (This only words to people
viewing him, not over the phone, however T.V works jsut as well as in
person.

Voice of the People
4 minor
The mancer can now speal and comprehend any language perfectly, he simply
has to have someone speak the desired langage to him.
(This last until the conversation is over. So don't do it to oder Chinese
Dammit!)

Significant Spells:
Voices of the Damned(Sig Blast)
1 sig
AS Jinx, Jinx, but it causes damage as a Martial Arts attack, but it causes
the target to not only undergo the Rank 5 from being hit ith magick, but a
rank X stress check against their Fear Stimulus, where X is equal to he
one's place.

2 sig- Urban lengend
AS Cliomancy

3-sig Public Speaking
Gain X points in one comunication baed skill(permenantly) such as Lie,
Charm, Talk Circles around Squares, whatever. Where X= the sum of the dice.
(Best thing about this is you can Flip flop this roll!!!!)

4 Sig Black Mail

Mancer can take one spell frm any other MAncer, and use it, the next round
as long as the mancer he is taking it from has enough charges to cast it.
(This doesn't cost you or the target any charges, jsut the 4 required to
cast Black Mail, also the caster has to know the target is an adpet of
coarse.) 
Johnny cast Blackmail on a Flesh Mage, he is fighting and steals his
Greater Warping spell, the flesh mage has the required charges  so Johnny
can cast it next round, If the stolen spell is not used the next roun, it's
lost, No holding.

Major Effects: Could make anyone one peice of information themancer has
heard public knowledge, could make te world understand and believe one of
youe ideas, philosophies. (Ouch that could hurt.)

Well there is Lingomancy. 
I pulled some cliomancy spells out because i though they fit with the
school, any suggestions are more then welcome.

Infantomancy is next, altho it is not totally finished.
