This is where I have my doubts. The school is based on the idea of puryfying
your mind by tinkering with the chemistry of your body. That pretty much
leaves no doubt that there would be constant "experimentation".

And if you go for the option with "the needle Elvis shot himself up with"
the school loses its edge.
