A thought- Initiative is used for combat situations, right? Combat is 
generally violent. Maybe those who are hardened in Violence should get a 
bonus? To use the system proposed just a few moments ago...
1d10+the Ten's of the Speed Stat.

Why not 1d10+Speed Stat 10's+# of Hardened Notches in Violence you have?

This way, the hardened killer who's used to being shot at acts(usually) 
before the sensitive Librarian.

For other things, could the Madness Meters(Specifically violence) be factored 
into initiative somehow?
