[UA] Unsuck

Hi there.

I agree. The initiative system annoyed me when I read
it. So I hacked it.

In my UA game, people roll 1d10+the "tens" of their
Speed stat. The two numbers are totalled and the
highest goes first, but initiative is counted from
lowest up.

The lowest members tell everyone what they're doing
and the highest initiative rollers get to act on what
the other, slower players do.

It works for me and other smoking doctors.
