    Hiya, all.
    Hmm..can't say I think much of your new method. I mean, it works, but adds another level of choice and complexity. I don't use the S/F method, though. I tend to roll up a lot of dice before hand, and write the results down for most of my games now. Then I go through the sheet as the game progresses, referring to my rolls for a variety of results.
    The other thing I was kicking around was just assuming your Speed is always a success roll for initative, and people go in that order always, wounds/terrain/attribute boosts notwithstanding.
    Hmm. I wonder if you can flip-flop iniative rolls? If you were using a skill, and it was your Obsess skill, you could, but what if it was a stat?
