[UA] Invisible Rules

Gang-level drug dealers/users are often connected/affiliated with guns, but
of the ones I've met, usually only carry them when they need to have them.
Further, a huge portion of drug users/dealers (especially the yuppie-set:
selling H to models, coke to lawyers, and shrooms, pot, X, and special K to
ravers and college students) wouldn't be caught dead with a gun). More guns
are sold yearly in this country legally to people with legal concealed
weapon permits or hunting liscences (most of whom don't sell drugs) than
illegally (where dealers would get them) and illegal guns also go to
hitpersons, etc. The idea of drug dealers who are always strapped is a
fiction of the media.

The reasons most carry one or the other and not both are simple: You double
your chances of being caught by a cop, if you're caught with one or the
other it can probably be dealt with either locally or on a state level; both
greatly increases the likelihood of feds getting involved; and possession of
both is considered proof of intent to sell.

I have met lots of them. But I won't discuss further relations until the
statute of limitations has ended...

Okay, fine, I'll admit I've heard of people who do a
lot of drugs and use a lot of guns. Hunter S.
Thompson and William S. Burroughs are, of course, top
of the list... but except for random images of
well-dressed Columbians with very expensive pieces
that the media and ATF show me, I have actually met
very few myself. (All the Columbians I know, of which
there are very few because I know two many people from
Argentina, don't know very much about guns. One of
them is a gamer, so he claims to know very much, but
he seems to be as bad as I am at finding the safety
catch on, say, our friend's black shiny pistol with a
  bent magazine.)

Ps. Is Manufacturing Consent a spell in any of the
'mancies? I thought it might be, but I don't have a
  copy of Postmodern Magickq nearby.

If it isn't in one of the schools, anybody got one
where it would belong? I still think Bureaumancy
  would be a great school.
