[UA] Invisible Rules

So, we're all agreed.  For that gritty sense of
realism, the only way drugs and guns should be
connected in your UA campaign is if you're at a party
with Dirk Allen and he turns to his latest fling (or
maybe you've travelled back in time and you see his
first wife and what really happened was) and says:
"it's time for our William Tell routine, dear."
