[UA] Invisible Rules

Okay, fine, I'll admit I've heard of people who do a
lot of drugs and use a lot of guns.  Hunter S.
Thompson and William S. Burroughs are, of course, top
of the list... but except for random images of
well-dressed Columbians with very expensive pieces
that the media and ATF show me, I have actually met
very few myself. (All the Columbians I know, of which
there are very few because I know two many people from
Argentina, don't know very much about guns.  One of
them is a gamer, so he claims to know very much, but
he seems to be as bad as I am at finding the safety
catch on, say, our friend's black shiny pistol with a
bent magazine.)

Ps. Is Manufacturing Consent a spell in any of the
'mancies?  I thought it might be, but I don't have a
copy of Postmodern Magickq nearby.

If it isn't in one of the schools, anybody got one
where it would belong?  I still think Bureaumancy
would be a great school.
