I didn't think that at all.  My point was that a skill in "Drugged up lifestyle" (representing the ravages of years of illicit substance use and abuse) would be a less useful skill than the example of a skill in handguns (or, for that matter, a skill in actually obtaining drugs, and action I didn't imagine would be contained in the Drugg Up Lifestyle skill, but could argued to be).  No connection was intended between the two, but rather an opposition.
